APPLICATION

The NJP-1200C automatic capsule filling machine produced by our company is the innovative product of the third generation. It not only covers all the functions and effects of the domestic capsule filling machine of the same model, but also has six pieces of innovation, two of which has been issued the utility model patent certificate by the national intellectual property administration, PRC at May 11, 2016. The innovative NJP-1200C automatic capsule filling machine has advantages of higher production efficiency and longer service life, and has been well received by customers at home and abroad.

Innovations and features
A. In order to improve the quality and production efficiency of this model, we have made significant improvement on the original 1200C automatic capsule filling machine. The overall machine size has been enlarged, where the main machine dimension is changed to1100×910×2100mm mm.
B. For ensuring the device quality and production effects: we have selected bigger high precision dividing box, which is better than 1200C automatic capsule filling machine of the same model produced by other companies in domestic industry, who usually use the configuration of 83DS and 83DS cam dividing box, and whose disadvantage is that the filling speed is limited at about 900pcs capsule per minutes in proper working condition. Forcibly increasing the filling speed to about 1000pcs capsule per minutes and continuing the working condition for these machines may cause breaking of the input and output shafts and the subsequent operation stopping. Unlike other companies, we use cam dividing configuration of 100DS, and we are the first one in domestic market to use the 100DS. Although the production cost increases, we have significantly enhanced the device's production efficiency and service life. Its filling speed has been raised up to about 1100pcs capsule per minutes. Due to these advantages, it has been widely received by customers at home and abroad

New powder hopper
The new hopper adopts butterfly valve-type powder feeding, and is very suitable for drug powder with poor liquidity, including Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese patent drug, due to that its vibration unit equipped will force the powder to run down, which has solved problem of failing to feed in powder that often happens in the traditional screw feeding device because of the poor liquidity of powder.
 

Capsule Hopper 
The new designed frame of capsule separation station uses transmission of guide rail, enjoying higher precision and longer service life. Its closed design can prevent the defective capsule and dust from entering, ensuring a rapid and orderly capsule separation, as well as accurate capsule orienting.

Integrated Powder Aspirator
When the abnormal capsules are failed to be separated properly, powder entering the lower holes of filling station will be absorbed into powder aspirator by recycling device, completely stopping the powder from scattering onto the platform, avoiding drug powder wasting and losing.
 

New Turntable
The skeleton of ten-position turntable is machined integrally, having advantages of compact structure, no splicing gap, good sealing and easy to maintain. The upper and lower dies move independently, where the lower unit stretches and shrinks horizontally, while the upper unit runs up and down vertically. Double lip wiper dust seal preventing oil and dust is used on the shaft of fixed bracket of the upper and lower unit. It can provide a fully enclosed turntable with benefits of noise less, little in size and load and high precision, ensuring advantages of maintenance-free, lubrication charging-free, and no powder leakage for the inside part. Drug Filling Unit
Modularization design and positioning by pins for clamper of filling allow adjusting the filling dosage without need to stop the machine. The filling pipe of different size can be changed conveniently and rapidly. (Paten code.: ZL 2015 2 1021519.4)
 

Base of filling station
The base of filling station is designed with negative pressure room, which is connected to the powder recycler. During the operation, any powder entering into the base will be inhaled into the powder recycler device by the negative pressure. The powder recycled will be used again after being filtered, preventing drug powder wasting and losing.

Capsule Locking Unit
The slot type capsule locking plate is adjustable with high flexibility, it can slightly adjust at any time the misplacement in capsule locking, without need to adjust the pull rod of the station.
 

Die hole cleaning device
Use purified compressed air and intermittent gas shock technology to solve the issue that sticky powder with strong hygroscopicity will often stick onto the upper and lower die holes during production, which will cause the failure of proper separation of capsule. This will improve effectively the loading rate of capsule.

 

Powder recycle
Negative pressure technology and sole distribution system for powder will collect separately any powder entering into the base and the powder recycler device, ensuring that the powder will not be contaminated by wasted capsules. The powder recycled will be used again after being filtered without needing of sterilization.
